5th Keg County Arts and Crafts Fair!

Important things to know:

Items must be Handmade or Handcrafted by the vendor. No Direct Sales.
Application MUST be Postmarked by April 19th.
This is a juried event. If this is your first event with us, send photos of your items by email. This is required.
This is an Outdoor event – Rain or Shine.
No refunds unless the Hickman County Arts and Crafts Guild cancels the event.
Booths are 10’x10′. Limited electricity is available.
Booth Prices:
- Guild Members $35
- Non-Members $50
- Food Vendors $60
- Nonprofits $25
Electricity $10
A second booth to sell items from is half price of your booth fee.
- For example, if you pay $50 for a booth, the second booth will be $25.
If a second booth is needed for demonstration or education, please send an email.
Set-Up is April 29th ONLY – beginning at 7 am.
Art & Craft Vendors:
- Set-up canopy first, unload, move vehicle to designated area then set-up booth.
- Vehicles MUST be off of the square by 8 am.
- Do not begin breakdown until 4 pm.
Food Vendors:
- Make sure we have your menu and prices before the deadline.
  If not received, the vendors will not know what you have to offer.
- Do not arrive before 8:15 am.
- May begin breakdown at 3:00 pm.
NO use of tobacco products, smoking or vaping is allowed on premises.
