  • Meeting
    • Welcome back! This is our first meeting for 2021. We have several things to catch up on.
    • We have 2 new members. Welcome! We are glad you are here!
  • Presentation
    • Nicole Lewis, daughter of Norbert Comtois, came to the meeting for a special presentation. Norbert was a long time member of the Guild. He held the office of President, was very active & supportive with the Arts & Crafts Fairs and did beautiful wood work of all kinds. In addition, he was in charge of the Annual Dirty Christmas and made it a very fun event to look forward to every year. Edwin Garner made a beautiful cedar birdhouse and presented it to Nicole in recognition of Norbert. He will be dearly missed.
    • Myra Orton’s husband passed away. In recognition, we gave a donation to the Sarah Cancer Center. Myra was the teacher in charge of the Middle School After School Art Club. She worked many hours with the students assisting them in getting projects completed.
  • Education
    • Due to the COVID virus, this project with the Middle School After School Art Club is on hold.
  • Nursing Home Project
    • Due to the COVID virus, we are not allowed in the nursing homes at this time.
  • Membership
    • The Membership Drive is still going on!! For renewing members, the deadline is March 31st before the late fee of $5 is added to the dues. To receive Membership Information and an Application, click here.
  • Arts and Crafts Fairs
    • Our first event is the 3rd Annual Keg County Arts and Crafts Fair to be held on May 8th on the Centerville Courthouse Square from 9 am-4 pm. For Vendor Information and Application, click here. The application must be postmarked by April 29th to be accepted.
    • October 2nd is the big day for the 13th Annual Autumn in the Country Arts and Crafts Fair which will be held on the Centerville Courthouse Square from 9 am-4 pm.
    • The last event to put on your calendar is the 13th Annual Christmas Time’s a-Comin’ Arts and Crafts Fair on November 20th from 9 am-4 pm. We are in the process of securing the East Hickman Middle School for the location.
  • Next Meeting
    • Our next meeting will be at the Centerville United Methodist Church in the fellowship hall on April 19, 2021 at 6 pm. If you have questions or need directions, please call 931.242.0428. We look forward to seeing you there! All are welcome!!
